Due to continued growth and development, we are currently seeking experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chefs, and Cooks to join the Star Family on a full-time basis. We have multiple opportunities available across locations from Central Queensland through to South Australia. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Salary packages from $80,000 will be offered depending on experience, skills, and position. Applicants must be available to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, and hold full working rights in Australia. A minimum two-year commitment is required.

Requirements





- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience
- Strong experience managing multiple kitchen sections
- Staff rostering and team leadership experience
- Stock ordering and stock rotation management
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Food preparation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- General cleaning and kitchen maintenance duties
