About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example on the floor, support the team during service and help maintain the high presentation and service standards we're known for. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager but won't be responsible for the overall management of the venue.

Please note this role includes evening, weekend and public holiday shifts, as these are some of our busiest trading times.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead front-of-house operations during service.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Support and guide the team throughout each shift.
- Allocate sections and assist with service coordination.
- Ensure the restaurant is presented to a consistently high standard.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and communicate daily priorities.
- Coach and support team members on service standards.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where required.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with stock management and general operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys leading from the floor and takes pride in creating great guest experiences.

Ideally you'll have:

- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A current RSA (or the ability to obtain one).

Pay: $58,728.94 – $75,000.00 per year
