We’re looking for an experienced physiotherapist who wants more than a busy caseload. Someone who wants to influence, lead, and help shape a high-performing clinical culture.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you’ll have full autonomy in your clinical work, alongside opportunities to:

- Mentor and support early-career physiotherapists
- Contribute to clinical standards and team development
- Lead case discussions and in-services
- Build strong referrer relationships
- Develop your clinical interests
- Help guide the growth of the practice

About You





You’re an experienced physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and professional confidence.

You likely have 5+ years of experience, but we care more about how you think and lead than how long you’ve worked.

You are someone who:

- Thinks critically about complex cases
- Values evidence-based practice
- Builds strong patient and referrer relationships
- Takes ownership and initiative
