Key Selection Criteria – Desirable

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification (preferred)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
- applicants residing in Laverton or nearby suburb
- Willing to travel to Laverton
- Filipino-speaking is preferred
- casual or permanent part-time position available, can start as soon as possible
- Experience in aged care, home care, or community services (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of ageing, disability, and person-centred care
- Compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach to client support
- Basic documentation and report writing skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $31.13 – $34.59 per hour
