Who we are

Arya creates online safety awareness training for staff working in high-stakes environments like shopping centres, stadiums and transport hubs. We take critical safety information and turn it into compelling, empathetic, and grounded storytelling that people want to engage with. We work hard to ensure our training, such as the recent "Escape. Hide. Tell." program, is not just seen, but remembered and acted upon.

What you'll be doing

You'll take our course design documents and storyboard concepts and bring them to life as finished visual assets.

- Generating video and animation using tools like Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, and Veo
- Editing and polishing (CapCut/iMovie/Final Cut experience is a real bonus)
- Finishing and refining assets in the Adobe suite, including Photoshop
- Working in a fast feedback loop: build, review, tweak, ship
- Telling us if you've found a better way to do something

This is a creative collaboration. We bring the brief and the storyboard. You bring the craft and the judgment to make it land.

Who we're looking for





- Someone with 1+ years in media production and working as a producer in a fast-paced and creative environment. We are open to skilled junior candidates.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- You’ve mastered the transition from AI hobbyist to creator. We’re eager to see how you’re leveraging these tools to drive your storytelling.
- You can take a concept and get it to pro quality in a day.

The setup

- Bondi Junction co-working space. We'd love to see you once a week to sync up, to share a coffee, and to get the creative juices flowing.
- Outside of that, work where you work best
- Some weeks may be 2–3 days of work, we're adaptable around your availability
- Equipment: Please bring your own laptop. We’ll cover your relevant software subscriptions and AI tooling costs.
