Our work supports major OEM programs and champions the circular economy by extending the life of critical components and reducing waste. We are looking for a detail-driven engine assembler to join our engine remanufacturing team. This is a full-time role with all training provided in our modern, state-of-the-art well-equipped workshop in Kilsyth.

What You’ll Do

- Build engines to OEM specifications through precision assembly and attention to detail.
- Inspect, measure and prepare engine components to ensure they meet strict quality and specification standards.
- Assemble a range of engine variants using detailed assembly procedures and specialised tools including articulated ergonomic torque arms.
- Perform engine testing, priming and final quality inspections to ensure every engine meets our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused work environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

- Previous experience in engine assembly or mechanical component assembly
- Certification in mechanical engineering (advantageous)




- Skilled in using hand tools and precision assembly techniques
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
- Reliable and committed work ethic
- A commitment to quality, safety and innovation
- Car driver’s licence

Hours of Work (38 hours/week):

- Mon–Thurs: 7:00am–3:30pm
- Fri: 7:00am–2:45pm
- Additional hours may be required on occasion and will be paid at double time.
