Our client is a well-established Queensland business specialising in the design of retaining wall systems across residential, commercial and civil projects.
This role would suit a Civil or Structural Engineer with 2-5 years' experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle.
You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and clients to coordinate engineering requirements, manage project documentation and support the successful delivery of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate structural and geotechnical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review engineering drawings, shop drawings and project specifications.
- Manage soil reports, global stability reports, Form 15s and Form 12s.
- Coordinate quotes for consultants, concrete, aggregates and other project requirements.
- Assist with project planning, documentation and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering documentation throughout pre-contract, delivery and maintenance phases.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of delivery.

About You

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years' experience in a Project Engineer, Site Engineer or similar role.




- Experience in structural, geotechnical or civil construction environments is highly regarded.
- Previous experience working for a civil contractor, engineering consultancy or construction business is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valuable communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. The right person and mindset are just as important as previous experience.
