Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD and directly across from Rosehill Racecourse, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles using the hotel system.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.
- Adhere to all guest service standards, policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.




- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
- Professional personal presentation and grooming.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

- Previous experience in a Front Office or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Qualified personal presentation and grooming.
