Clinton Security is seeking a reliable and skilled Security Officer to join our team. The role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment across various client sites through proactive monitoring, access control, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform regular patrols to maintain site security

 Check doors, gates, and access points are properly secured

 Identify and report hazards, faults, and safety risks

 Control site access and verify visitor credentials

 Issue passes and guide authorised visitors

 Monitor alarm systems and respond to incidents

 Escalate emergencies to supervisors and authorities

 Record incidents and daily activities accurately

 Operate CCTV systems and monitor site activity





 Conduct access control checks and enforce site rules

 Maintain order in high-traffic environments

 Respond to disturbances and restore control

 Conduct incident reviews and prepare reports

 Monitor areas to detect suspicious behaviour

 Support clients with site risk awareness

 Follow all compliance and safety requirements

Pay: $72,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Security: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:

- nsw security license (Required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
