About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and listing through to negotiation and settlement. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new listings and grow your client base
Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
Manage buyer enquiries and inspections
Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Stay up to date with local market trends
Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
