We are seeking an experienced and energetic Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a natural multi-tasker, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold, on-trend beverages to a high standard
- Operate the POS system accurately for all transactions
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in line with company standards
- Assist in basic food handling and preparation tasks as required
- Work effectively as part of a team and support all areas of the café operation
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista, with the ability to prepare a range of beverages
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a robust work ethic
- Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling procedures
