New BD desk — build your own client book across construction, logistics and data centres

Autosyn Group is an Australian workforce solutions business supplying on hire and permanent recruitment across transport and logistics, construction and industrial sectors in NSW. Data centres are a priority growth sector for us, and this role is built to lead our push into it.

We work on a recruit to brief model — you win the client, our delivery team recruits to their actual requirements. The desk is brand current, so there is no legacy book taking your cut.

The role:

Open doors with head contractors, M and E subcontractors, logistics and industrial clients across Sydney

Run the outreach engine — calls, video meetings and site visits when it counts — backed by our researched target lists and marketing assets

Convert conversations into orders; the account manager joins key solution meetings with you, in person or over video

Build and own the client pipeline in our CRM

You are:

Experienced in BD for workforce solutions, on hire or recruitment in construction, industrial or logistics — ideally with relationships you can activate from week one





Data centre sector knowledge highly regarded — this is where we are growing

Comfortable on site and on the phone; you would rather visit a project than send a fifth email

Across the basics: award rates, casual loading, WHS expectations, rate cards

A hunter who wants to build a desk from the ground up

The deal:

Full time role, $75,000 to $80,000 base plus super plus commission

Commission on the accounts you open — structure discussed at interview

A greenfield territory with real ownership and growth

You sell, we deliver — our labour hire model means recruitment, compliance, payroll and insurances are handled by us

Report directly to the account manager — no layers, decisions made same day
