TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a market leader in the fresh food industry based in Homebush, seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food Production Machine Operators to join their team! This prospect is casual ongoing with full-time hours available across AM and PM shifts.

We are seeking those with various skills/experience and looking for work stability - this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

You must have full working rights, unfortunately we are unable to accept people on a visa

Responsibilities:

- Machine Operating - set up, monitor and maintain machines such as mixers and packaging machines
- Ensure efficient and safe operation and high quality output
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Documenting production data
- Quality control
- Working in a cold / chilled environment - approx 3 degrees celsius

Rates:

AM shift - $33.05- weekends pay a higher rate
PM shift - $37.18 - weekends pay a higher rate

Requirements:

- Experience in food production / manufacturing highly regarded
- Good knowledge of GMP / HACCP and WHS
- High attention to detail - you will be required to read ingredients
- Able to work in a fast paced, chilled environment (0-5 degrees)




- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to commit and work 5 days per week
- You must have full working rights
