Casual Sales Assistant - Alice Springs

Jacksons Drawing Supplies a long-established WA family owned company, is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant in our Alice Springs store.

Skill Requirements

- Strong art product knowledge & a genuine passion for art (an advantage)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Identify opportunities for up-selling of products and services and/or increased sales
- Build robust and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers

Key Duties

- Serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner




- Providing customers with quality advice
- Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Operating an electronic point of sale system
- Implementing company policies and procedures

Hours

- Casual hours (6 - 12hrs per fortnight)
