Your Role Includes:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to the children's individual needs.
- Assist with community access and recreational activities.
- Support daily routines and encourage independence.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the children and their family.
- Drive the family's vehicle when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual support plans.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children (disability, childcare, education, or related fields highly regarded).
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check issued within the last 3 years
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- WWCC
- Valid Australian driver's licence and confidence driving the family's vehicle.
