We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Escape Room Host to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, set the tone for their adventure, and ensure they have a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience
Main tasks:
- Greet and brief players, explaining the storyline, rules, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor escape room sessions via cameras and provide hints when needed.
- Reset and prepare the room between groups, ensuring props, puzzles, and equipment are in working order.
- Deliver a fun and engaging debrief at the end of each game.
- Handle bookings, payments, and general customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional setting at all times.
Main hours are 4-10pm weekdays and all day weekends
