Chechos is looking for an experienced and dedicated Cocktail Bartender to help lead and manage bar operations at the Castle Hill location.
The role:
- Bar operations; ability to create unique and tasty cocktails, dispense spirits, bottled beers, and robust menu knowledge (tequila knowledge is a bonus)
- Proven experience in bartending, cocktail and spirit knowledge.
- Understanding of bar processes, such as, cleaning routines, set up, and stock tracking.
- Contribute a positive and meaningful role in a bustling weekend restaurant.
You:
- Passion for cocktail making and service
- Previous high quantity service bartending
- Basic spirit and cocktail knowledge
- A valid RSA
- Weekend availability
Part time positions available at 20-30 hours a week.
Casual positions available at 15-20 hours a week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour
