We're looking for a reliable Café All-Rounder to work across our two Maitland venues, The Rigby & Moreish Cafe
The role involves coffee preparation, working front of house serving customers, sandwich and simple food preparation plus cleaning and other general café duties.
You’ll need:
- Strong barista skills, including experience dialling in, troubleshooting grind, steaming milk and producing consistent latte art
- Previous café or hospitality experience is required; experience preparing sandwiches and wraps is a plus
- Friendly, efficient customer service
- The ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about quality coffee and enjoys working in a quick paced environment.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.66 per hour
