The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and licensed (NSW builder license) Site Manager (Regional Resident) to manage multiple turnkey, single-storey residential projects from site establishment through to handover. This role operates in a live environment, where safety, communication, and coordination are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for site delivery from commencement to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across all stages of construction
- Manage site establishment, construction activities, and final handover
- Plan and oversee daily site operations and construction programmes
- Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Work closely with a supportive Construction Manager, Contract Administrator, and wider support team




- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements in a live construction environment
- QA Inspections at every major milestone

Skills & Experience

- Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III)
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
- Proven experience managing a minimum of 15 residential sites concurrently
- Strong understanding of turnkey, single-storey residential builds
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and suppliers across live environments
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety management
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with head office support teams

Pay: $99,151.52 – $210,793.64 per year
