About the Role

This is a varied role combining operations, administration and sales support. You'll work closely with the Director to ensure the business runs efficiently while helping generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage buyer enquiries and CRM records
- Follow up leads and book appraisal appointments
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and social media content
- Assist with open homes, private inspections and property launches
- Door knock and letterbox drop in target suburbs
- Prepare sales and marketing documentation
- Liaise with buyers, vendors and developers
- Provide day-to-day administrative support

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 Licence (preferred)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Basic Canva and social media skills are highly regarded
- Australian work rights
