About the Role

Refined Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate female Support Worker to join our team in Chelsea, VIC. The role involves providing in-home assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining hygiene, and following structured routines to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal and domestic support in line with care requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and laundry areas (e.g., benchtops, sinks).
- Assist with laundry tasks when requested.
- Complete all tasks calmly, without rushing.
- Stay until the scheduled finish time (leaving early is not permitted).
- Communicate respectfully and check preferences with the participant when unsure.

Key Requirements

- Female Support Worker (requirement based on participant preference).
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role is highly regarded.




- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Reliable, patient, and consistent approach to care.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $44.00 – $50.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- NDIS Clearance (Preferred)

- First Aid and CPR (Required)
