King Konz School of Music is one of North Queensland's leading contemporary music schools, providing exceptional music education to more than 250 students each week. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Operations & Administration Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team. Working closely with the Directors, you'll help keep the school running smoothly by coordinating student enquiries, scheduling, enrolments and day-to-day administration. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for many of our students and families while supporting our teachers to deliver an outstanding experience. As King Konz continues to grow, this role has the opportunity to grow with it.We're looking for someone who:

Experience in administration, customer service, scheduling or education will be essential.
