Nelayan Restaurant offers authentic Indonesian cuisine located in Melbourne CBD.
We are currently looking for a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team on full time basis.
Ideal candidates must have a can-do attitude and will be responsible for kitchen operations and be a
team player.

We are looking for someone who has :
- Strong focus on Indonesian cuisine
- At least 3 years Experience as Chef
- Kitchen management skills
- High standard of food preparation
- Attention to detail
- Must have full working right in Australia

Responsibilities including but not limited to :
- Supervise kitchen section and staffs for smooth daily operations of restaurant
- Prepare and cook Indonesian food according to menu’s recipe
- Responsible for delivering quality Indonesian foods served to customers
-Assist management in menu planning and budget




-Involve in training junior chef / cook
- Knowledgeable in food health and safety
-Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Pay: $78,515.00 – $82,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Indonesian Food Chef: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

- English, Bahasa (Preferred)
