Cutting Hedge is a Sydney-based landscaping business looking for a reliable gardening hand to join our team — with a genuine path to becoming a Team Leader running your own ute and crew.

The Role:
Start as a gardening hand working alongside our crews. As you build experience, you'll progress into a Team Leader position with your own vehicle, tools, and job schedule.

What You'll Be Doing:

- General landscaping and garden maintenance
- Operating mowers, whipper snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers and other gardening power equipment
- Turf laying, mulching, edging and general site work
- Team Leaders: managing daily jobs, equipment, and liaising with the office

What We're Looking For:

- Some hands-on experience in gardening or landscaping
- Current driver's licence (essential)
- Confident using gardening power equipment




- Reliable, hardworking, good team attitude
- Keen to take on more responsibility over time

Pay & Conditions:

- $36–$42 per hour to start, depending on experience
- Pay increases as you step up toward Team Leader
- Full time, ongoing work based in Sydney
