We are partnering with an industry-leading Remedial Builder that sets the benchmark for complex structural, waterproofing, and facade refurbishments across Sydney. Backed by a massive, recession-proof pipeline of multi-residential and major insurance works, they are experiencing sustained growth.

They are now seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager to spearhead their delivery team, oversee a diverse portfolio of high-risk/high-value projects, and help drive the company's operational excellence.

The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ultimate operational and commercial ownership of a high-value portfolio of concurrent remedial projects ranging from $500k to $8m+. Beyond project delivery, you will act as a key leadership figure within the business, mentoring junior staff and managing critical client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Oversight: Concurrently drive the successful delivery of multiple complex remedial projects across Sydney Metro.
- Commercial Leadership: Full P&L; accountability, rigorous budget control, variation management, forecasting, and maximizing project margins.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, support, and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and Site Foremen to foster a high-performance culture.
- High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior escalation point and building trusted relationships with Structural Engineers, Consultants, Strata Committees, and Insurers.
- HSEQ & Compliance: Champion strict safety compliance and ensure the highest quality assurance standards are maintained across the portfolio.

About You:
We are looking for a seasoned construction leader who pairs deep technical remedial knowledge with sharp commercial acumen.

Required Attributes:

- Remedial Expertise: Extensive, proven experience within remedial construction is essential. You must possess deep technical knowledge of concrete cancer, complex waterproofing, facade engineering, and structural rectifications.
- Multi-Project Leadership: A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects up to $8m in value.
- Qualifications: A formal tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is required.
- Commercially Astute: Advanced skills in contract administration, risk mitigation, and financial reporting.
- Leadership Capability: Strong natural leadership skills with a history of mentoring site teams and junior project staff.
- Diplomacy: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to navigate the politics of live-setting strata and residential stakeholders seamlessly.
