Full-Time House Manager/Nanny
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Diamond Creek, VIC

A warm, welcoming, and family-focused household is seeking an experienced House Manager/Nanny to provide a combination of exceptional childcare and household support. This is a long-term position for a professional who enjoys creating a well-organised home while providing nurturing care to school and kindergarten-aged children.

About the Role:
This position combines childcare with household management and would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being an integral part of a family's daily routine.

Childcare Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children.
Assist with morning and afternoon routines.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
Complete school and kindergarten drop-offs and pick-ups.
Support homework and educational activities.
Organise fun, age-appropriate activities and outings.
Transport children to appointments and extracurricular activities.
Assist with evening routines when required.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's wellbeing and development.

House Management Responsibilities
Keep the home organised, tidy, and running efficiently.
General tidying of children's bedrooms, play areas, and shared living spaces.
Family laundry, ironing, folding, and putting clothing away.
Change bed linen and maintain children's rooms.
Organise wardrobes, toys, and household storage.
Manage grocery shopping and household supplies.
Meal planning and preparation for the family.
Coordinate tradespeople, deliveries, and household maintenance appointments.
Ensure pantry items and household essentials remain well stocked.
About You

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience as a nanny, house manager, or in a similar role.
Be warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and families.
Be highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
Have excellent communication and time management skills.




Hold a current driver's licence and be comfortable transporting children.

You will have:

- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in the Childcare Industry working as a Nanny, Child Carer, Child Educator or in similar positions
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Flexibility, commitment and a great work ethic
- Full vaccination status

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
