Copper Bean Cafe in the Mandurah Forum is on the lookout for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced, friendly café team. This role is perfect for someone confident on the machine, great with customers, and cool under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

- Making consistently great coffee during busy rushes
- Confidently running the coffee machine solo
- Delivering warm, friendly customer service (even when it’s hectic!)
- Maintaining speed, quality, and cleanliness behind the machine
- Helping keep the café flowing smoothly during high-turnover periods

What we’re looking for:

- Proven barista experience in a busy café environment
- Solid coffee skills and attention to detail




- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during peak times
- Leadership qualities and confidence training others
- Reliable, team-focused, and takes pride in their work
- Available on weekdays and weekends
