TalentHub is seeking Qualified Plumbers operating under an ABN who are looking to transition from traditional plumbing into structured, program-based utilities work.

The Role

Reporting to the Metering Team Leader, you will:

- Replace residential gas meters
- Replace residential hot water meters
- Complete works in line with compliance and safety standards
- Close off work orders via tablet upon completion

All work is scheduled in advance.

You will receive:

- A weekly job overview
- Stock ordering guidance prior to the week commencing
- Jobs dispatched directly to your tablet
- Ongoing workflow visibility

Structured field work. No quoting. No chasing clients.

Earning Potential

- Consistent weekday workflow
- Opportunity for Saturday work if you’ve completed your weekly allocation and want additional jobs
- Saturday availability means additional earning capacity and extra cash flow

This allows contractors to control their income while maintaining flexibility.

Fully Paid Training Provided





Successful contractors will receive:

✔ MDL Network Training (including meter-to-data logger wiring)
✔ Gas Meter Replacement & NECF process training
✔ Reconnect / Disconnect compliance training

All required training is fully funded and paid by the company.

Contractor Requirements

- Fully Licensed Plumber
- Active ABN
- Experience with hot water systems
- Gas experience highly regarded
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle suitable for field work
- Own tools appropriate for meter replacement work
- Comfortable using tablets to manage and close jobs
- Must be available 5 days a week
