What will you be doing day to day?





- Undertake site inspections and gathers base information on road workplace, traffic and road safety observation, parking inventories and facilities etc.
- Analyse traffic and parking data using Excel (demand forecasts) and SIDRA modelling.
- Assist in delivering a variety of transport planning projects
- Assist with preparation of transport planning and multi-disciplinary proposals and feasibility studies
- Attend project meetings with project team and client/technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and work with an energetic and motivated team of professionals in a supportive and encouraging environment
- Assess and provide solutions-focused design advice for transport infrastructure and operations, including pedestrian pathways, cycling and end-of-trip facilities, etc.

Qualifications

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/Town/Urban Planning or related discipline
- Have a demonstrated interest in the transport industry
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen.
- Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
