Aged Steakhouse is a premium dining destination renowned for exceptional steaks, quality produce and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook / Grill Chef to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, with a strong focus on grilling premium steaks and maintaining consistency during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
- Cook premium steaks to customer specifications.
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Work efficiently as part of a qualified kitchen team.
About You
- Previous experience as a Cook or Grill Chef in a busy restaurant.
- Experience cooking steaks is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
