We are an architectural practice that is 30 years young, and still going strong. We specialise in Educational Projects, Local & State Government projects of varying sizes, Specialist Disability Housing (SDA), as well as working on numerous other commercial projects for private clients. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in various sectors and of varying sizes.

Qualification / Experience:

- 8-10 years post graduate relevant experience

- Registered Architect in Victoria preferred

- Experience with Education Projects

- Experience in managing and delivering local medium to large scale, complex projects with onsite experience including contractor liaison

- Experience in delivering Government Projects, as well a private commercial projects

- Experienced in the documentation of buildings and site works including construction detailing, building envelope detailing and construction materials specifications

Job Description:

As a Project Architect you will be required to Document Projects taking on projects from Design Development through to Contract Documentation and Contract Administration as the Superintendent of the Construction Contract.

You will produce documentation of projects for Tender / Contract / Construction purposes, including drawings, schedules, specification and contract writing.





You will have a high level of understanding of structural systems and building services to enable the co-ordination of project documentation.

Skill requirements:

- Thorough working knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and Local Authority requirements

- Must be proficient in the use of Revit (We are a Revit based office), AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs, and familiar with Adobe programs a bonus

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently

- Consultant management / coordination and client liaison though all stages of the project

- Contract Administration: ability to set agendas, chair project team meetings, monitor progress and make decisions

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job

Remuneration:

Salary range $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
