Todd Clinics is seeking a friendly, people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our Sale team.

This is a casual position with ongoing permanent hours, ideal for someone who can work a few set shifts per week and step up to cover staff leave when needed. Shifts may start as early as 7:15am and finish as late as 8pm. We do require someone flexible, independent and reliable.

Your Responsibilities:

Welcome patients warmly and make them feel at home
Answer calls and manage bookings
Process payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
Support product sales (training provided)
Help maintain a calm, professional,



and organised clinic environment

What We’re Looking For:

Availability Monday to Saturday
Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with people
Interest in health and wellness
Skilled, organised, and able to multitask
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to help patients feel at ease

Reception experience is a bonus especially in healthcare but not essential. We’ll provide training for the right person.
