About you:

The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes and skills:

* Excellent VERBAL AND WRITTEN skills.

* Previous dental experience preferred but not essential.

* Experience with Oasis / Exact software.

* Excellent computer skills and experience in working in a busy front office role.

* Demonstrate initiative, time-management and flexibility.

* Good organisational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work.

* Friendly personality with a qualified manner.





* Team player with an ability to build rapport with patients, dentists and other co-workers.

* Impeccable personal presentation.

The Role will involve:

* Greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries, appointment management

* Checking invoices and statements, processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPS;

reconciling banking and petty cash

* General correspondence

This is a full-time position with some flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
