About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Catering Attendants to join our team at the Inverell RSM Club. This role is versatile, with the successful applicant working across our busy catering department.

Key Responsibilities

The Catering Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient food service to members and guests. This role includes operating point-of-sale tills, processing customer orders and ensuring the catering area is clean, organised, and well presented.

Customer Service

- Deliver friendly, efficient service to all members and guests

- Process orders through POS systems accurately

- Assist with customer enquiries and provide product recommendations

Teamwork & Operational Support

- Work collaboratively with café, kitchen, and bar teams

- Restock displays, fridges,



condiments, and service supplies

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

- Assist in clearing of floor each shift

The ideal candidate will have:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and event days

- Previous hospitality experience (desirable but not essential — training provided)
