Leading Hand Olympic Dam

The Role

As Quattro continues to grow, we are seeking a Leading Hand to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in South Australia. This is an exciting prospect to be part of a dynamic and expanding team, offering a pathway to advance your career.

Duties include but not limited to;

- Installation of underground mechanical infrastructure, pipework, equipment and steelwork.




- Operation of underground mobile plant including light vehicles, IT's and flatbed trucks.
- Read Engineering drawings and plans.
- Be familiar with JSA's and other Hazard Identification systems and their application in the workplace.
- Surface management of the underground reticulation system including flushing and remote actuation of paste diverters for dumping
- Performing all duties with a priority on all aspects of safety.
- Other duties required by the Site Supervisors.

About you

- Experience underground in a similar role or in roles such as Service Crew, Paste Fill Airleg roles would be highly regarded
- Isuzu Flatbed (or similar) Ticket
- L-70 and L-120 integrated Tool Carrier
- Ability to understand and read Engineering drawing and plans.
- Current Police Clearance and Manual Driver's License
- Ability to be in a team whilst maintaining a high standard of work quality and housekeeping
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Non-smoking site
- Clean-shaven site
