We are looking for dynamic Business Developers to join us immediately. This is a commission-only role, meaning your earning potential is entirely in your hands. If you know how to build a pipeline, walk into businesses, cold call, and close contracts, you will excel here.
What You'll Do:

- Identify and target new commercial cleaning opportunities (offices, gyms, medical centers, warehouses, etc.) across Melbourne or Adelaide.
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and digital outreach.
- Present our services to business owners, facility managers,



and strata managers.
- Quote, negotiate, and close profitable commercial cleaning contracts.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or cold acquisition (experience in commercial cleaning or facility services is a massive plus, but not essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working under a commission-only structure.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and laptop.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
