About Us

Our History

Established in 2014 Optimum Health & Performance has grown to become one of the leading Physiotherapy and Allied Health Practices on the Central Coast. We are in two great locations in Erina and Wyong with plans to expand in the near future.

Initially offering just Physiotherapy services we quickly identified a greater number of patients and funders required the input of multiple health professionals. In order to meet these needs head on we expanded our service offering by creating our multi-displinary practice group.

Since 2014 we have grown our team with additional Allied Health services. In 2018 we expanded our Wyong business and moved premises to our newest clinic next to Reliance Medical Centre within the Golflinks Estate. Previously a warehouse we designed and fitted out a purpose built 660 sqm state of the art facility and equipment.

Our key services are: Musculoskeletal, Sports and Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Clinical exercise physiology, exercise classes, Podiatry, Clinical Pilates, Remedial massage therapy, Nutrition and Health Screens and our newest Concussion Management (the only accredited clinic on the Central Coast).
