Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Accommodation Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluu, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Ayers Rock Campground accommodation precinct, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety and guest experience. We’re seeking someone hands‑on, organised and service‑driven, with experience in accommodation or property operations.

Who We're Seeking
We’re looking for an experienced accommodation or property operations professional who brings strong organisational skills, great communication and a guest‑first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in accommodation, facilities or property management within hospitality or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of accommodation operations, service standards and working with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
- Confidence managing maintenance issues, presentation standards and operational records.
- Solid financial awareness, including reporting, budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
- A valid Open Australian Driver’s License, with the ability to convert to an NT license.

Key Duties

- Oversee the safe and effective day‑to‑day operations of the Campground accommodation precinct.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and amenity across all Campground facilities.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Technical Services to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage occupancy, site allocations,



records, maintenance logs and incident reporting.
- Ensure all guests and residents have a positive and well‑supported stay

Pay: $59,813.67 – $80,000.00 per year
