What we’re looking for





A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their qualified role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:

· Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar

· Customer facing excellence, being a brand ambassador and supporting the FOH and BOH teams

· Labour controls and financials

· Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.

A degree in hospitality, business or marketing would be beneficial, alongside FSS certificate and first aid training, but not essential

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
