This key leadership role ensures projects transition smoothly from design to construction and are completed safely, on time, and within budget, upholding our companys commitment to excellence.

Supported by our General Manager, youll have the freedom to implement strategies that drive our success, enhance processes, and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Guide projects seamlessly from design to construction, ensuring smooth department operations.
- Oversee construction quotes, aligning with business goals and profitability standards.
- Monitor and improve departmental efficiency and processes.
- Manage project risks and oversee subcontractor performance.
- Handle procurement and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and defect-free.
- Work closely with clients and the design team to ensure smooth project handovers.

Qualifications





- Passion for high-quality residential design and construction.
- Senior management experience, ideally with high-end residential projects.
- Strong business, financial reporting, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with effective communication at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with experience across IT systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
