At CHAPEX SITE SERVICES PTY LTD, we are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Building Associate to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
· Conduct field measurements with surveying tools and aerial imaging devices to gather accurate site information.
· Develop draft layouts, technical illustrations, and detailed documentation to support project proposals.
· Review construction activities and materials in office to verify adherence to established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
· Organize and synchronize project timelines to ensure tasks progress according to schedule.
· Examine technical drawings and statutory requirements to ensure alignment with governing standards and policies.
· Compile and update graphical documents such as schematics, topographic maps, and scaled diagrams.
· Support project leaders and design professionals by facilitating planning processes and administrative coordination.
· Prepare budget projections and forecast project durations based on scope and resource requirements.
· Process collected field data by carrying out standard calculations and generating initial graphical representations.
Requirements
· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
· Professional approach.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Confident manner.
· Positive approach to change.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $85,000 – 90,000 per year
