- Source new office tenants and achieve premium rental rates.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with tenants.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and internal decision-making processes regarding space requirements.
- Negotiate renewals, expansions, and consolidations for office tenants.
- Create customer loyalty to improve retention and achieve rental rate premiums.
- Administer tenancies, ensuring compliance with terms of agreements.
- Provide annual work plans for tenancy agreement renewals and obligations.
- Manage the process of renewal tenancy and agreements.
- Oversee handover and takeover of properties.
- Job Requirements:
- Educational qualification in Real Estate preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in Office Leasing.




- Good knowledge of real estate laws in various countries.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
- Excellent leadership, entrepreneurial qualities, initiative, and drive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
