About The Role:
We are currently seeking multiple Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a permanent part time & casual basis in Wagga Wagga, Murrumbidgee region. These roles involve working in our Life Skills Program, providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to our customers.
You will support customers to build skills and maintain independence by providing respectful, person-centred care, using safe manual handling techniques, assisting with daily tasks and community access, and fostering positive relationships that help them achieve their goals.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about helping people build confidence and independence. You see potential in every individual and are committed to supporting participants to develop practical life skills, achieve their goals, and engage meaningfully in their communities. Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
- Experience supporting people with disability, mental health challenges, or other support needs, either professionally or through lived experience.
- A genuine passion for empowering participants to develop life skills, increase independence, and build confidence in everyday activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships with participants, families, and support networks.
- Experience supporting community access, social participation, goal setting, and skill development in areas such as budgeting, cooking, travel training, personal organisation, and daily living activities.
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused when supporting participants through challenges.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to person-centred support that promotes choice, inclusion, and independence.
