We are looking for a motivated Graduated Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team as a Field Service Engineer (FSE).

This is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience with advanced laboratory diagnostic technologies while developing your technical and professional skills in a supportive setting.___About the Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, servicing and installation of cutting-edge laboratory diagnostic instruments, particularly in Laboratory Automation, Haematology and Clinical Chemistry systems. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment operates at peak performance, minimising downtime and supporting service excellence.___What You’ll Be Doing Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic laboratory equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently on-site Support the rollout and integration of new equipment into laboratories Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff to enhance self-sufficiency Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards___

What We’re Looking ForA bachelor’s degree in engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles in real-world settings Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly A proactive,



organised, and customer-focused mindset A positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical expertise Desirable (but not essential):Knowledge of LIS systems, middleware, Linux, CAN-BUS, or interfacing principles Experience with medical or laboratory equipment___

Requirements Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to travel for customer support and training Clear police check Full working rights in Australia Compliance with workplace health, safety, and vaccination requirements___
