What You'll Bring
- Certificate III (Minimum)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experience coaching group fitness classes
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to motivate and engage members
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable classes
- Create an inclusive and supportive training environment
- Assist members with exercise technique and modifications
- Build strong member relationships and class attendance
- Contribute to the positive culture of the club
