Advanced Constructions is a privately owned, vertically integrated commercial construction contractor delivering projects throughout Wollongong, Sydney, and Greater NSW.

As a vertically integrated construction company, the business combines specialist in house capabilities across Formwork, Concrete, Traffic Control, and Facilities Maintenance & Remediation. This end to end delivery model provides enhanced control over programme, cost, safety, and quality outcomes, ensuring greater certainty for clients and supporting long term partnerships.

Supported by sustained, controlled growth and a strong forward pipeline of work, Advanced Constructions continues to expand its delivery capability and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end management of commercial construction projects, from initial planning through to handover. Projects include, but are not limited to, multi-level commercial and residential buildings, industrial and infrastructure projects.

You will lead project teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, working closely with our in house Formwork, Concrete, and Remediation / Facilities Maintenance divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full project lifecycle from commencement through to completion
- Develop and manage Project Management plans, programmes, and budgets
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and consultant coordination
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts, including variations, claims, and extensions of time
- Manage project financials,



cash flow, and cost reporting
- Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality systems, and legislative requirements (including NCC and DBPA)
- Drive proactive risk management and issue resolution
- Prepare and present accurate project reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee commissioning, handover, and defect close out processes

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management Or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects, including Class 2 buildings
- Strong commercial and contractual management capability
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Project advantageous)
- Experience with Jobpac accounting software advantageous but not essential
- Strong leadership capability with a solutions focused, accountable approach
- Sound knowledge of WHS, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance
