A boutique, privately billing clinic run by Dr. Burke and her team, providing in-depth, relationship-focused care to a high socioeconomic patient base. The clinic emphasizes quality over quantity, with longer appointments, holistic discussions, and a focus on mental health, women's and children's health, and complex presentations.

The practice culture is warm and community-driven-with two resident dogs who are part of the daily clinic life.

Candidate Requirements

- FRACGP or equivalent, with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Experience in private or mixed billing preferred
- Comfortable with slower-paced, thorough consults
- Interest or experience in women's health, children's health, and/or mental health desirable
- Must love dogs!

Remuneration

- Service fee model:
- Month 1: 20%
- Month 2: 30%
- Ongoing: 35%

- Supportive onboarding with existing patient demand but gradual book-building expected
