We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established and highly respected manufacturing company in Toowoomba that is looking for a motivated Boilermaker to join their team in a Quality Assurance (QA) position.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring fabricated products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Conducting quality inspections on fabricated and welded components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Completing quality documentation and inspection reports
- Identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A desire to grow into a specialist Quality Assurance role

Previous QA or Quality Control experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you're a skilled tradesperson with the right attitude, the company is willing to invest in your development.
