Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Sydney, Australia. In this role,



you will take ownership of your designated kitchen section, leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will support kitchen operations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This full time opportunity offers stability, ongoing training, career development, and the chance to further enhance your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Supervise kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Lead, support, and motivate kitchen team members by setting a positive example.
