Location: Balgowlah Heights NSW 2093.

Employment Types: Part‑time / Full‑time.

FOH Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

- FOH operation management
- Maintain and improve service quality
- Staff education and training
- Roster creation and shift management
- Inventory management and ordering
- Coordination with kitchen
- Health and safety management

Qualifications:

- 1+ year experience as Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
- Staff management and leadership experience
- Ability to work in English
- Multitasking ability
- NSW RSA required

Salary & Benefits:

Annual salary $61,000–$74,000 (experience‑based). Benefits include Superannuation, Annual Leave, Staff Discount, Pantry and Performance Bonus.

FOH Staff (Section Waiter / Bartender)

Responsibilities:

- Table service (section)
- Order handling (food, drinks, sake, cocktails)
- Bar support




- Coordination with kitchen and bar
- POS and billing
- Opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

- Service experience preferred (no experience acceptable)
- Positive, approachable personality
- Team‑work oriented
- NSW RSA held or obtainable
- Available 4–8 shifts per week (including nights and weekends)

Pay:

- Weekdays: $26.44–$29.45 per hour
- Saturday: $33.05–$36.81 per hour
- Sunday: $39.65+ per hour
